1.0 – Cancellation of the purchase before payment

A revocation of the purchase before payment of the goods is to be granted.

1.1 – Cancellation of the purchase after payment before shipment

A revocation of the purchase before shipment of the virtual goods or other goods must be granted.

1.2 – Cancellation of the purchase after receipt of the goods / digital goods

There is a right to return in a month. This assumes that the item is a physical item. Thus, the right to return is not valid for digital goods (including downloadable or other format, download code). For digital goods, revocation is completely excluded.

1.3 – Revocation of defective goods or of the item description deviating goods

If the purchased item has been delivered defective or otherwise than described, you have the right to a refund of the full purchase amount.
